Got traditional hot Vietnamese coffee twice and was very impressed by how good it was. They serve it at the perfect spun temperature, no need to worry you will scald yourself even through the lid, and the flavor! Sublime! Deeply robust coffee and chicory flavor, perfectly balanced by the sweetened condensed milk. It has that caramel-y rich dairy flavor but was not overly sweet. Really awesome cup of coffee.

Yummy che — 6.95 pre tax but they don’t skimp on the toppings inside (especially the taro)! I would grab and go here — not much seating inside! I will be back!

The food and service are excellent. My banana chocolate smoothie was actually a banana that was blended instead of just banana flavor. The waffle was crispy and chewy. The drinks and came out very quickly. Seating is limited, but we had a table. Everything is fairly clean. There are a ton of options for drinks and toppings. I would definitely come back.

This is one of my favorite dessert spots! All of their drinks and che are amazing, and the pandan waffle is a dream. I like the red bean combo, taro lover, Bambu combo, Fruit addict. So many great options to choose from. I've ordered the pandan waffle at other locations, but they never compared to this location. Theirs is always big, crispy and chewy! Viet owned and operated! I miss Nhu, but everyone is kind and great.

A place where you can find traditional Vietnamese drinks and desserts like Pennywort Juice. Worth driving up the I-5 for. I had the best Mango Smoothie of my life here, Ube Waffle was also delicious.

Super happy that I don't have to go downtown for this anymore! I had excellent service and guy was very patient with my questions. I love the chewy green strips in my dessert last time but I didn't know what it was called and he explained to me about the difference between pandan jelly and pandan jello. Pandan jelly is made of tapioca so it is chewy. I recommend choosing a drink with that. I ordered a che #4 summer delight. It comes with the pandan jelly and jello, grass jelly, beans and coconut milk. Its more like a dessert you need to eat with a spoon rather than a drink since it has more solids than liquid. Tastes great. It is a nice little dessert place. It felt super hot when we first went inside but once you start eating ur dessert its actually a good temp.

They have the best customer service! I asked about the Pandan Waffle and he gave it to us as a sample free of charge! 10/10

Not your typical boba place. "Che" is a Vietnamese term for dessert that includes many favorite items when I grew up there. Tried the number 1 and 10, or the special and the favorite and loved them both. Each drink is a collection of fresh, chewy, crunchy, sweet, and delicious ingredients. I will definitely come back here for more.
